Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - SC
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in telespeech services. This role involves delivering speech therapy sessions remotely to support students' communication development. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telespeech therapy sessions adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assess and monitor student progress in communication skills.
- Collaborate with educational staff to tailor therapy strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff regarding therapy goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience providing telespeech services in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in school-aged children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use teletherapy technology and platforms effectively.
