Position Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Inbound Chat Support Specialists, supporting automotive and RV dealership clients in the Tallahassee, Florida region and beyond. In this role, you will serve as the digital voice of our dealer clients, engaging with prospective customers through live online chat to answer questions about vehicle sales, service appointments, financing options, and general dealership information.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Customer Chats: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries in real time via online chat, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to questions about vehicles, services, financing, and dealership operations.
- Deliver Accurate Product and Service Information: Communicate details about automotive and recreational vehicle offerings clearly and confidently, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Schedule Service and Sales Appointments: Narrow down customer availability and preferences to coordinate appointments on behalf of dealership clients, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Capture and Qualify Leads: Collect customer contact information and relevant details for lead generation purposes, supporting dealer clients in their ongoing sales and marketing efforts.

Essential Qualifications
- Computer Requirements: You must have your own reliable computer or laptop equipped with a webcam, second monitor, external mouse, and microphone to perform job duties effectively.
- Florida Residency: Candidates must reside within the state of Florida, with a strong preference for those located in or near the Tallahassee area.
- Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home office environment is required for this fully remote position.
- Training Availability: Ability to attend four consecutive weeks of remote training, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM EDT.
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute, with 40 WPM or higher strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth, professionalism, and clarity through text-based conversations.
