Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Advisor to join our expanding virtual workforce. In this role, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that connects union members with the supplemental benefits they have earned. Your work will directly impact the lives of teachers, firefighters, factory workers, nurses, and countless other union professionals who rely on arenaflex for their financial peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Professionally answer incoming calls from union members and proactively reach out to members who have requested information about their benefits options.
- Set Qualified Appointments: Schedule virtual and phone-based appointments for members to review their supplemental benefit options in detail.
- Conduct Benefit Presentations: Deliver clear, confident, and informative presentations to union members who request information about arenaflex products, helping them understand coverage options and make informed decisions.
- Complete Necessary Paperwork: Accurately process enrollment forms, applications, and supporting documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
- Maintain Quality Control: Review your work for accuracy and compliance, ensuring every member interaction reflects the high standards of arenaflex.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with every caller, treating each member as if they were a member of your own family.
- Develop Leadership Skills: Participate in ongoing leadership development programs designed to prepare you for advancement into supervisory and management roles within arenaflex.
