Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities designed to enhance the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our operations. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in the timely collection, validation, and root cause analysis of critical data elements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Insightful Reporting: Help create and deliver results from complex data analyses for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ad-Hoc Analytical Support: Assist in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical reporting to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
  • Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and recommendations by utilizing advanced data visualization tools, supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to enhance stakeholder understanding.
  • Query Development and Data Management: Help develop and distribute specialized queries to extract and organize data from various sources, establishing a consistent rhythm and validating the necessity of data requirements.
  • Process Auditing and Compliance: Identify inconsistencies in processes through audits and communicate findings to the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and discrepancies, and ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other work-related responsibilities as directed by the Team Leader to support departmental goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Preferred Attributes

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build compelling presentations in PowerPoint for verbal communications is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques and the ability to summarize findings and provide logical recommendations.
