You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for our comprehensive security solutions while providing expert guidance to C-level executives, security leaders, developers, and analysts. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Partner with Security Sales and Cloud teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities, understand customer technical and compliance challenges, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers.
- Demonstrate Solution Value: Work across all Cloud Security products to showcase and validate solution benefits within customer and partner environments through hands-on demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Support Sales Engagements: Champion Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own the technical components of deals, and deliver compelling technical presentations, product briefings, solution overviews, and demonstrations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Craft Compelling Messaging: Design and deliver product messaging that highlights the unique value of our solutions using strategies including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, pilot management, and detailed response reports.
- Represent arenaflex at Industry Events: Attend customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed to strengthen relationships, gather market intelligence, and promote arenaflex solutions.
- Drive Customer Success: Optimize for results in production environments, lead with empathy, and identify innovative ways to amplify your personal impact as well as the broader team's success.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Maintain deep knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to position arenaflex as a thought leader in the market.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in security engineering, cloud architecture, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Security Expertise: Demonstrated experience in network security, including threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, and identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
