Key Responsibilities of the Remote Customer Experience Champion

As a Remote Customer Experience Champion at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers, delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Your mission will be to turn every customer interaction into a positive, memorable experience while supporting the operational goals of arenaflex.

  • Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to customer inquiries regarding bookings, flight changes, cancellations, baggage policies, and general travel questions.
  • Assist passengers with new flight reservations, modifications to existing itineraries, seat assignments, upgrades, and special service requests.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, fare rules, travel policies, visa requirements, and loyalty program benefits.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, de-escalating tense situations and finding timely, fair resolutions that align with arenaflex guidelines.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments, including refunds, ticketing disputes, and accessibility accommodations, while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship until resolution is achieved.
  • Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of arenaflex products, services, partner airline agreements, and SkyMiles loyalty program offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems, ensuring complete records for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere strictly to arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those set forth by the Department of Transportation, TSA, and international aviation authorities.
  • Collaborate proactively with team members, team leads, and cross-functional partners to optimize service delivery and meet or exceed performance targets.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Champion at arenaflex, candidates must bring a combination of education, experience, and personal attributes that align with our commitment to excellence.

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree in communications, hospitality, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, call center, or airline customer service, is highly desirable.
