What You Will Do in This Role
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work from home and serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance on personal insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening and asking thoughtful questions to accurately identify each customer's unique needs, concerns, and goals.
- Advising customers on plan options, coverage levels, and pricing to help them make informed decisions about their personal insurance.
- Processing new policy enrollments and amendments efficiently and accurately, ensuring every detail is captured correctly.
- Resolving routine customer problems and questions related to client products and services with empathy and professionalism.
- Delivering expert customer experiences through inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as digital channels such as email and chat.
- Building lasting customer relationships by providing authentic, friendly, and solution-oriented service on every interaction.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying current on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM and internal systems to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity of care.
Your Qualifications and Background

- An active Personal Lines resident insurance license — this is a strict requirement, and you must be currently authorized to sell personal insurance in your state of residence.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center, insurance, financial services, or related environment.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent (additional education is always a plus).
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer focus.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, including CRM platforms, telephony systems, and digital communication tools.
- A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
- Ability to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
- U.S. residency — you must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
