Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Virtual Chat Assistant to become a key member of our online support team. In this role, you will engage with customers through our live‑chat platform, delivering accurate information, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey, and resolving issues with speed and empathy. You will act as the digital front line of arenaflex, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via live chat, maintaining an average response time of under 30 seconds.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about arenaflex products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with order placement, navigation of the arenaflex website, and troubleshooting of technical issues such as payment errors or account access problems.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous, solution‑oriented manner, aiming for first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex or high‑priority issues to the appropriate department, supervisor, or subject‑matter expert while maintaining ownership of the case.

Essential Qualifications
