Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is pivotal in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing knowledgeable support, accurate order processing, and timely resolution of inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes with a courteous and professional demeanor, addressing product questions, order status inquiries, and any concerns.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter sales orders into the system, coordinate billing and delivery schedules, and ensure seamless hand‑off to the dispatch team.
  • Quotation & Sample Coordination: Prepare detailed quotes, arrange the mailing of product literature and samples, and follow up to confirm receipt and satisfaction.
  • Credit & Financial Processing: Retrieve necessary information for the credit department, run credit card and check approvals, and issue credits or debits as required.
  • Customer Onboarding: Set up new customers in the salesforce platform, ensuring all relevant data is captured for future engagement.
  • Documentation & Auditing: Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes, preserving accurate customer records and transaction histories.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales representatives, dispatch, and the credit department to resolve issues and streamline processes.
