Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Clinical Data Entry Specialist to join our Centralized Services team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our pharmacy data operations, ensuring that medication records, patient interactions, and compliance documentation are captured accurately and promptly. You will work closely with pharmacists, clinical specialists, and payer partners to drive consistency, improve financial performance, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a variety of patient‑care programs, including medication therapy management (MTM), immunization services, and payer‑pharma adherence initiatives.
  • Enter, verify, and maintain clinical pharmacy data in arenaflex’s proprietary systems, adhering to HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure prescription accuracy.
  • Collaborate with regional pharmacy teams to standardize workflows, improve process efficiency, and support revenue‑generation projects.
  • Provide timely, personalized communication to patients regarding medication queries, refill status, and therapeutic recommendations.
  • Support pharmacy staff with training resources, best‑practice guidelines, and on‑the‑job coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and contribute insights that drive strategic decisions for clinical and financial outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Current pharmacy license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the state of residence, as required by arenaflex.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling confidential health information, preferably within a pharmacy or clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) or pharmacy management systems.
