Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent, detail‑oriented Remote Full‑Time Data Entry Specialist to join the arenaflex team. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity, responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining large volumes of information across multiple internal systems. Your work will directly support critical business functions, from inventory management to customer service, ensuring that the data foundation of arenaflex remains rock‑solid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter data into arenaflex’s proprietary database software, verifying each entry for correctness and completeness.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks, cross‑reference sources, and perform spot audits to guarantee data accuracy.

  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system checks, update records, and ensure smooth operation of data entry tools.
  • Backup & Recovery: Execute scheduled data backups and assist in recovery procedures to prevent data loss.

  • Issue Reporting: Identify discrepancies, document findings, and promptly report them to supervisors for resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Processor, or in a comparable role.
