  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Take ownership of additional daily operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles, preferably within a technology or security‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or project management tools.
  • Experience coordinating travel, events, and large‑scale meetings, including budgeting and vendor negotiation.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Redmond, WA, adhering to a standard 8‑hour workday while being flexible for occasional extended hours during critical events.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or HR‑related credentials.
  • Previous experience supporting a global security or compliance team.
  • Familiarity with data classification frameworks and information security best practices.

  • Interpersonal Savvy: Strong relationship‑building skills that foster trust across diverse cultural and hierarchical groups.
  • Problem‑Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and delivering practical, data‑driven solutions.
