As a Technical Content Designer on the Customer Service Content Strategy team, you will be the architect of clear, concise, and technically accurate help content. You will partner with program managers, visual designers, product engineers, and research specialists to craft articles, guides, and communication templates that demystify complex technical topics for a global audience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale editorial initiatives: Own the full lifecycle of complex content projects—from strategy and goal setting to timeline management, cross‑functional coordination, and performance reporting.
- Create and edit customer‑facing content: Produce high‑quality Help Center articles, internal knowledge‑base entries, support email templates, and supplemental materials that address troubleshooting, device setup, and feature usage.
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints: Ensure tone, style, and formatting align with arenaflex’s brand voice while meeting the expectations of a diverse, multilingual audience.
