Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Accurately register sales on assigned registers, handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, and process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds in compliance with arenaflex policies.
• Customer Interaction: Greet every customer with a warm, courteous demeanor; answer product and service inquiries; resolve issues promptly; and provide personalized recommendations that enhance the shopping experience.
• Merchandising & Stock Management: Keep aisles, shelves, and displays well‑organized; perform regular inventory counts; rotate stock using FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) principles; and assist with product placement according to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations concerning age‑restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco; follow arenaflex loss‑prevention procedures to safeguard assets.
• Promotional Execution: Set up seasonal displays, promotional signage, and point‑of‑sale marketing materials; execute planograms and reset tasks as directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Technology Utilization: Operate the store’s POS system, digital signage, and any self‑service kiosks; assist customers with online order pickup, prescription refills, and other digital services.
