Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support through live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing product information.
- Utilize our live chat platform to respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive sales through live chat interactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.
- Adhere to our customer support standards, ensuring high-quality interactions and meeting performance metrics.
- Work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, to ensure consistent coverage and support.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer support software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
- Strong integrity and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
- Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with sales principles and practices, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sales.
- Knowledge of shipping containers, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, which can be an added advantage in our global customer support environment.
What We Offer
At blithequark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary of $500 per month.
- A 5% commission on each container sold through live chat interactions, which translates to around $20-$30 per container.
- Paid training to ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Paid sick days, paid days off, and holidays, including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve.
- Bi-monthly payments via Wise or Payoneer.
