As a remote team member, you will work from the comfort of your home while staying closely connected to our clinical staff, administrative leaders, and technology platforms. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our electronic health records (EHR), coordinating appointments, and delivering health‑education resources to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Management
- Enter, verify, and update patient information in careerzynith’s EHR system with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process lab results, vaccination records, and medication histories, ensuring they are correctly linked to each patient’s chart.
- Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct discrepancies, adhering to HIPAA and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to resolve data‑related queries promptly.
Virtual Patient Assistance
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients reaching out via phone, email, or secure chat, providing timely information on appointments, test results, and health‑screening programs.

Administrative & Operational Support

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of

- Successful completion of a

- Current
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including proficiency in CPR and AED operation.
