Meet the team: As part of the Commercial Data Science department, you will join a team which is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive innovation and growth within the company. As senior business analyst in our team plays a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. - Partner with business owners and technical peers to in-take requests, develop analytical proposals/solutions, and document processes
- Maintain, build, and optimize data warehouse, automatized data flow, and analytics “as-a-service” environment
- Have Business Intelligence experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, data enrichment and storytelling
- Drive and implement automation to empower the organization to scale efficiently and with flexibility
- Report out on proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leaderships on regular basis
- Strong attention to detail, necessary to deliver high quality analytics and reports to leadership.
What makes you successful:
- 2+ years working Experience with Tableau
- 2+ years working Experience with SQL and database management
- Design, develop test, deploy, maintain, and improve dashboard and analyses.
- Strong analytical experience with database in writing queries, query optimization, debugging, user defined functions, views, indexes etc.
- Highly self-driven, execution-focused, with a willingness to do “what it takes” to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of demands on data integration
- Understanding of development methodology and actual experience writing functional and technical documentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex analytical problems;
- Must be able to work cross-functionally. Above all else, must be equal parts data-driven and results-driven
- Nice to have working experience in Python-based data integration and pipeline development.
- Experience with AWS/GCP Cloud or equivalent on data integration with S3, Redshift, RDS, or BigQuery ecosystems.
- Strong experience with source control systems such as Git and Jenkins build and continuous integration tools.
