Job Description:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with an ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups.
- Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.
