About the Role

As a Remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines through traditional and digital channels. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes will be essential in driving success in this position. You will be responsible for conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates, as well as effectively managing the offer process. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through traditional and digital channels
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes, including intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Effectively manage the offer process, ensuring timely and successful placements
• Utilize applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving recruitment and staffing strategies

Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• A JD, paralegal, or bachelor's degree, although candidates with a realtor or teacher background will also be considered
• At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Experience with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proven experience managing confidential information, with a high level of discretion and professionalism
• Strong self-awareness and a willingness to receive and accept feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and development
