About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing SaaS company, is looking for a versatile and experienced Remote HR Generalist to join their fully remote HR department. This role is pivotal in supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation. You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment across the organization. As a fully remote position, we are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across various departments. Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development initiatives. Conduct employee relations investigations as needed, ensuring fairness and compliance. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS). Assist with compliance initiatives, including EEO reporting and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role. Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
