Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding our services and programs. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Assist in promoting community initiatives and programs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in utilities or public services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
