Position Summary
We are hiring full-time Remote Customer Experience Specialists to support our travel services operations. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with reservations, travel inquiries, and general support. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel inquiries.

- Performance Standards: Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, and quality assurance.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality, business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and courteously across multiple channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously, and learning new systems quickly. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
