Audiologist Reviewer for Disability & Utilization Reviews Remote | Part-Time | Contractor PeerLink Medical | www.peerlinkmedical.com Join Our Nationwide Panel of Clinical Reviewers PeerLink Medical is a URAC-accredited Independent Review Organization (IRO) and health-tech innovator delivering independent peer reviews, utilization reviews, and expert clinical opinions across the U.S. With over 1 million reviews completed, our proprietary technology platform empowers healthcare decisions with accuracy, consistency, and clinical integrity. We are currently expanding our panel and seeking licensed Audiologists who are interested in remote, flexible, part-time work as independent contractors. In this role, you will provide objective, evidence-based reviews related to hearing loss, auditory disorders, functional limitations, and related treatment considerations.
What You Will Do
- Conduct independent, evidence-based file reviews.
- Review medical records, audiology evaluations, and related documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines.
- Provide objective, high-quality reports within turnaround timelines.
- Maintain compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with our quality and operations teams as needed to ensure timely case completion.
Who We Are Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Audiology license in at least one U.S. state.
- Au.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Audiology.
- Active clinical practice experience preferred.
- Experience in peer review, utilization review, disability review, workers’ compensation, or independent medical evaluations is preferred but not required.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable working independently and using online review platforms.
