Job Overview As a Fully Remote Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in our firm's success by handling inbound calls and inquiries from clients regarding potential injury cases. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain detailed information about the incidents, which will then be reviewed by our experienced attorneys. You will also be responsible for following up with clients regarding next steps and collaborating with co-counsel to ensure that all clients receive an exceptional customer experience with our firm. This position requires a unique blend of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients in a professional and empathetic manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Gather detailed information about incidents, including specific details based on the type of incident being reported, to facilitate thorough reviews by our attorneys.
  • Follow up with clients regarding next steps and collaborate with co-counsel to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Utilize computer systems and software, including Salesforce, to manage client information, track progress, and analyze data to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of personal injury law and our firm's services to provide accurate and informative responses to client inquiries.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic to meet performance goals and deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential skills, qualifications, and experience. These include:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette: Polished communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to Multitask and Handle Competing Priorities: Adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing demands, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong technical skills, with experience using computer systems, software, and databases, including Salesforce.
  • Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to accurately gather and record information, and maintain organized records.
  • Legal Experience: Prior experience in a legal setting, although not essential, is highly desirable, particularly in personal injury law.
  • Ability to Speak Fluent Spanish: Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of clients and provide more comprehensive support.

What We Offer

In return for your skills, experience, and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $43,547.00 - $47,285.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
