Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding. Assess student performance through standardized testing and regular evaluations, providing feedback to students and parents. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect. Mentor students, providing guidance in both academic and personal development. Collaborate with fellow educators, education administration, and support staff to create an integrated approach to education. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child s development. Organize library services and literacy education initiatives to promote reading and research skills among students. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience with standardized testing procedures and assessment strategies. Familiarity with private school educational frameworks is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in lesson planning, ensuring lessons are engaging and educationally sound. Attention to detail in proofreading materials for accuracy before distribution. Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance the educational experience. Understanding of education administration processes to support school operations. Ability to mentor students in both academic subjects and social skills development. Experience or knowledge in library services to assist students in research projects. A commitment to literacy education, promoting reading comprehension across all subjects.
