Field Sales Representative – Beauty Industry

- Hairdreams USA, a global leader in luxury hair extensions and professional hair solutions, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to support and grow existing salon accounts.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person customer service and support to existing accounts
- This role requires frequent travel—up to 70% (approximately three weeks per month), with most trips lasting 5–6 consecutive days.
- Conduct territory visits, product demos, and client meetings
- When not traveling, work onsite at our Torrance, CA office (not remote position)
- Requirements:
- Beauty industry experience required
- Proven sales experience (field/B2B preferred)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel
- Must live in the Los Angeles or Orange County area
- Compensation:
- Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (depending on experience)
- On-target earnings: ~$100,000 (base + commission)
- Travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, per diem)
- Mileage reimbursed at standard rate when driving personal vehicle
