Mission Freelance Product Owner IA Agentic Val-de-Marne You will be responsible for accompanying the businesses on complex agentic AI use cases, accompanying the first Agentic MVP on financial products for an online conversational agent. Integrate existing platform assets (frameworks, orchestrators, connectors, monitoring bricks, security & governance mechanisms). Your missions will consist of contributing:

• Participate in the construction of the product strategy
• Participate in the definition of the AI agentic strategy within the platform
• Identify innovation opportunities and priority development axes within its perimeter
• Piloting the backlog and prioritization
• Define, prioritize and manage the backlogs of the different strategic axes according to their business value, technical feasibility and alignment with the global strategy.
• Ensure the implementation of discovery methods and the follow-up of the delivery to maximize the value produced.
• Inter-team collaboration
• Collaborate closely with development teams, data scientists, AI engineers, business teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts or roadblocks with other stakeholders or other product teams or external partners.
• Performance monitoring
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each AI product and service (performance of AI agents, quality of data used, reuse rate of platform assets, business impact of delivered solutions).
• Analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
• Measure the impact of AI initiatives on identified strategic value axes.
• Data management
• Define and implement strategies for collecting, storing, processing and securing the data necessary for AI products and services.
• Ensure the quality and availability of data.
• Manage ethical and regulatory aspects related to data protection.
• Accompany the deployment of the first Agentic MVP, liaise with users or user representatives, ensure documentation and implementation of the tools and training adapted to guarantee the use of the developed products and their support in operational conditions.

Profile Sought To successfully carry out this project, you must demonstrate:

• Expertise in product management in a large-scale agile environment
• Expertise in managing product portfolios
• Mastery in data management and data processing
• Strong technological culture around generative and agentic AI
• Knowledge of ML, Generative AI, RAG, Corpus, LLM, agent, assistant, prompt, hallucination, AI model concepts
• Ability to formulate effective queries to interact with generative AIs and obtain desired results
• Usage: Mastery of the steps of capture, analysis and specification of needs through AI tools
• Ability to identify business processes (internal or client) that can be automated or improved through AI tools
• Mastery of Agile methods and SAFe certification
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
