Job Summary

  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, missing fields, or duplicate records, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all client and company information, adhering to GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate virtually with supervisors, project managers, and fellow data entry specialists via chat, video calls, and project management tools.
  • Assist with ancillary administrative tasks such as document scanning, file organization, and basic reporting.

Essential Qualifications
