Position Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding service by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers make informed decisions about our products and services. You'll handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, using your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to turn potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences.

This role reports directly to the Customer Experience Supervisor and works collaboratively with team members to meet daily performance goals while maintaining the high standards of service that arenaflex is known for. While prior customer service experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive paid training to ensure every associate feels confident and prepared to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Listen actively, empathize with customer needs, and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
  • Product and Service Information: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, policies, and procedures. Provide customers with clear, accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Order Support: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, tracking, returns, and exchanges. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Account Maintenance: Update and maintain customer records in our internal systems, ensuring all account information is current, accurate, and properly documented in accordance with company policies and privacy standards.
  • Follow-Up and Quality Assurance: Reach out to customers following resolved issues to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback. Use insights gained to improve personal performance and contribute to team-wide service enhancements.
