Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Utilize multiple arenaflex platforms to enter pre‑ and post‑sales data, fulfill orders, process payments, and verify order accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Initiate new service order requests, coordinate installation schedules, and track product or service delivery milestones from inception to completion.
  • Lead and support ad‑hoc projects generated by arenaflex’s sales channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute regular reports for internal stakeholders and external clients, highlighting key performance metrics and data trends.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex’s payroll products and services, providing clear guidance on usage, benefits, and troubleshooting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy, productivity targets, and service level agreements.
  • Draft routine client correspondence, including order confirmations, status updates, and follow‑up communications.
