Role Overview

As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of the brand in a bustling store setting. Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided at least four weeks in advance.
  • Willingness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods (summer, November‑December, and major vacation seasons) to maximize earnings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a commission‑based sales environment, demonstrating a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Proven ability to communicate product value and solve problems for customers in a clear, persuasive manner.
