Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your core mission is to ensure that all customer-facing data, contract records, and service-related documentation are processed with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reviewing Approved Customer Quotes: Carefully examine quotes returned by customers, exercising discretion and professional judgment to assess their validity and accuracy before progressing them through the workflow.
  • Setting Up New Customer Contracts: Accurately establish new customer contracts within our Service Trade platform, using approved quotes as the foundation for proper record creation.
  • Assigning Service Lines: Manage and assign appropriate service lines to contracts as required by operational and customer specifications.
  • Reviewing Repair Quotes: Scrutinize repair quotes to ensure that jobs are correctly and efficiently assigned to the appropriate service ticket or job record.
  • Verifying Customer Tax Status and Contract Details: Confirm customer tax statuses and review all contract details, ensuring full compliance with applicable tax regulations and internal standards.
  • Assigning Customer Assets: Allocate applicable customer assets to the correct job records, ensuring that each job has the necessary equipment and resources documented.
  • Managing Labor Contracts: Assign customer labor contracts to relevant jobs in strict accordance with appropriate labor allocation agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborating with Sales Teams: Work closely with the arenaflex sales team to request and gather any required documentation needed to complete customer records and service files.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Follow established SOPs meticulously to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with arenaflex's approved standard practices.
  • Additional Duties as Assigned: Take initiative in supporting the broader team by completing other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Essential Qualifications
