  • Updating existing records and databases to reflect new, corrected, or additional information in a timely manner.
  • Managing and organizing digital filing systems, including the creation, renaming, archiving, and retrieval of electronic documents.
  • Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information as required to maintain data integrity.
  • Generating basic reports and summaries from entered data to support team operations and management decision-making.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements, resolve discrepancies, and provide status updates.
