Business Development Manager - Technology Staffing
MUST HAVE: Current 360 Technology Agency Staffing Experience: Business Development + Sourcing
- *3+ years Business Development Experience in Staffing is Required **
Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an experienced 360 Technology Recruiter to join their fully remote team Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries requiring tech talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of 360 agency recruiting experience required - Business Development is a Must
- Proven experience placing technology roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
