[Remote-Position] Real Estate Acquisition Consultant - Remote

Your contribution will be valued, with a compensation package starting at a competitive salary.   The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying and selling homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This base plus commission role is fully remote and no prior real estate experience is needed! We re looking for strong candidates who have a passion for sales! What you will do:  Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes  Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties  Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification  Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties  Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties  Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process About You:  You have 4+ years of sales experience  You have been consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles  You have great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)  You have proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales  You have a Bachelor s Degree or higher (preferred) Why we are a great place to work:  Our company is FULLY REMOTE  Our awesome company culture includes: competitive pay great benefits, great people, casual dress, team events, work hard/ play hard environment  Q2 2023 was our most profitable and fastest growing quarter EVER in our entire history!  Our margins are growing  Our Gross Profit increased 27% in February 2024 vs February 2023!  We re continuing our nationwide expansion.
