Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Operator role at arenaflex is a pivotal position that ensures the seamless flow of information through our complaint management and fulfillment systems.   • Efficient typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as comfort with web‑based applications.
  • Strong time‑management skills, dependability, and the ability to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
  • Availability to work an eight‑hour shift within the 8 am – 8 pm window, Monday through Friday, based on business needs.
