Role Overview

This full‑time, work‑from‑home position offers you the flexibility to work from any location with a reliable internet connection while contributing directly to arenaflex’s core logistics operations. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying shipment data, collaborating with internal teams, and upholding the highest standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update shipment details—including sender, recipient, weight, dimensions, service level, and tracking numbers—into the arenaflex database.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies, missing fields, or duplicate entries for immediate correction.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and IT teams to resolve data‑related discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow across the arenaflex network.
  • Adhere strictly to arenaflex data entry protocols, security guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
  • Maintain a log of daily activities, reporting key performance metrics such as entry volume, error rate, and turnaround time to supervisors.

Essential Qualifications
