Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative focused on insurance finding and filing, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their claims. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Collaborating with supervisors and team members to support special projects, data audits, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Escalating complex or high‑priority cases to senior staff while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Providing timely follow‑up communications to clients, confirming receipt of filings, and outlining next steps in the recovery timeline.
  • Documenting all interactions in the CRM platform to ensure a complete audit trail and facilitate seamless handoffs.

Essential Qualifications
