As a Remote Fundraising Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound fundraising calls to existing and potential donors using a scripted approach
- Processing credit card gifts and working with our coaching team to optimize success
- Recording donor information accurately and efficiently in our computer system
- Coding calls correctly to ensure data integrity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A reliable computer or laptop, USB headset, and Ethernet cord
- A stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work independently
