No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for rigorous science.

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design challenging, nuanced problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning and outputs for accuracy, depth, and rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance model performance
- Ensure scientific clarity, precision, and depth across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field
- Deeply knowledgeable in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical purposes
- Exceptionally clear and precise in written communication — you can explain complex science without losing the detail
- Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold your work to a high standard
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or scientific benchmarking
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines
- Experience writing for scientific publication, grant applications, or technical documentation
