[Remote] Strategic Account Director

Lightspeed Systems is hiring a Strategic Account Director to lead enterprise growth across K–12 school district customers in the United States. The role focuses on managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving multi-product platform adoption, and structuring large-scale agreements with district leadership and procurement teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise growth strategy across assigned top-tier K–12 school districts
- Drive multi-product platform adoption across safety, analytics, filtering, classroom management, and device management solutions
- Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision structures
- Structure and close large-scale, multi-year enterprise agreements
- Build executive-level relationships with district leadership and technology teams
- Represent Lightspeed at national conferences, executive forums, and strategic events
- Partner with internal leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and expansion opportunities
Skills
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably within EdTech or SaaS
- Proven record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales environments
- Experience selling into large K–12 school districts or public sector organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior district leaders
- Experience selling multi-product platforms or enterprise software solutions
- Experience displacing established vendors in competitive markets
- Familiarity with district funding structures, consortium purchasing, and procurement processes
