[Remote] Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories
- Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple business units
- Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce best practices
- Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items in Agile/Scrum environment
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDL
- Support CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Assist with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management solutions
