[Remote] IS Analyst Lead

They are seeking an IS Analyst Lead who will analyze, modify, and support application systems while consulting with users to clarify program objectives and enhance organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of assigned applications and business processes/functions
• Modifies and supports assigned applications/systems as appropriate
• Partners and communicates with assigned customers/end users
• Maintains and enhances professional competencies and industry knowledge
• Performs lead duties
• Performs other related duties as required

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 9 years of related experience, OR 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Proficiency working with databases, online solutions and the programming languages commonly used at the organization's information services division
• Analytical skills and ability to use logical thought processes
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under stressful situations with frequent interruptions and frequent changes in priorities
• Ability to work flexible schedules such as nights, weekends, extended shifts, etc., travel throughout and between facilities, and travel out of town occasionally
• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of programming experience
