[Remote] Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Career Soft Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst Level 3 with strong EpicCare Ambulatory expertise to support ongoing system operations in a live healthcare environment. This role focuses on production support and operational management, including handling ticket queues, resolving user issues, and supporting ambulatory workflows.
Responsibilities
- Managing ticket queues (ServiceNow or similar)
- Responding to physician issues
- Clinic workflow problems
- System defects
- Prioritizing user requests and system changes
- Coordinating fixes with Epic build teams
- Technical teams
- Supporting workflow optimizations
- System enhancements
- Helping users understand how Epic should function
- How to fix workflow issues
Skills
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (MANDATORY)
- Strong experience in: production support
- Ticket queue management
- User-facing troubleshooting
- Experience working in a live Epic environment
- Ability to handle high-volume requests independently
- Experience supporting multiple Epic modules
