[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP (S4 Hana)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NR Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Finance and SAP S/4HANA. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with IT teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and create visualization/reporting artifacts
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with developers and architects on solution design
- Support project estimation, business case development, and process improvements
- Evaluate system enhancements, vendor releases, and business impacts
- Create process flows, workflows, use cases, and documentation
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project environments
- Mentor junior analysts and assist with incident/problem analysis
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed
Skills
- 7–10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong background in Finance, SAP S/4HANA, and data visualization tools
- Experience working on complex IT projects with development teams
- Strong data analysis, SQL, documentation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and cloud-based applications
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Scripting experience
- CBAP or CCBA certification
