[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

Pavago is a fast-growing company looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute day-to-day marketing operations in a remote setting. The role involves handling LinkedIn marketing campaigns, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational workflows while working closely with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns, outreach, and engagement
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives across platforms
- Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for leadership
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings aligned with business goals
- Ensure smooth operational workflows across marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain a centralized content library for marketing assets
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all campaigns
- Organize and repurpose content for efficient distribution
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead management
- Build surveys and forms using Typeform or Jotform
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance
- Conduct market and audience research to improve positioning and messaging
- Support creation of video content and marketing materials
- Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and engagement
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or executive support
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in: GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Proficiency in: LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in: Typeform or Jotform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours
- Experience supporting founders or senior leadership
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing or operations
- Background in digital marketing, content coordination, or growth teams
