[Remote] Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead federal contracting programs, ensuring operational excellence and profitability through effective management and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate technical teams, architects, and engineering resources to drive solution implementation
- Manage dependencies, risks, and operational sequencing for all assigned workstreams
- Ensure readiness for deployment activities, including schedule‑sensitive and cross‑team integrations
- Manage all phases of federal contracting programs, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Support management of program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Ensure all programs comply with federal regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success
- Monitor and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development
Skills
- Clearance Public Trust
- Education bachelor's degree (Masters Preferred)
- 10+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects in complex environments
- PMP Certification
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage customer relationships
- Experience with Agile methodologies, risk management, and operational governance
- Proficiency with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
