Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking a Workday Administrator / Developer to manage and enhance the Workday platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration, configuration, and support, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and support the Workday environment
  • Configure and develop Workday solutions to meet business needs
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and business processes
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation as required
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams

Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday administration and development
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday modules and business processes
  • Strong understanding of Workday reporting, integrations, security, and system configuration
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Workday-related issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, dedicated role
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in global or distributed teams
  • Exposure to Workday integrations and advanced reporting
  • Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Payroll business processes within Workday
