The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary administrator of the LinkedIn Learning member benefit, working with members and staff to support activations, engagement, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the progress of license activations and deactivate licenses according to business rules
  • Manage the LinkedIn Learning inbox and respond to member and staff questions
  • Organize staff meetings as necessary related to LinkedIn Learning
  • Attend scheduled meetings with LinkedIn staff
  • Maintain centralized storage for important LinkedIn Learning documents
  • Create and distribute reports to support ongoing operations

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • Experience working in administrative or member-facing support roles is preferred
