[Remote] Field Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Empower is a fast-growing, profitable startup that is on a mission to transform the gig economy. They are seeking a Field Sales Program Manager to help launch and grow in new markets by recruiting and overseeing field sales contractors.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Conduct background checks and team trainings
- Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials
- Continuously refine processes, SOP’s, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program
Skills
- 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with an exceptional work ethic and a desire to be part of a team disrupting the status quo
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- In-person sales experience
- Degree in human resources or organizational management
